Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unopened, and packed in the same condition in which it was received. Original packaging, seals, and labels must remain intact.

Opened or Used Perfumes

Opened, sprayed, tested, or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items

A return is accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if the wrong item is delivered.

The customer may be asked to provide the order number, photos, or a video of the issue. After approval, the customer must send the product back for inspection.

Refund or Exchange

Once the returned product is received and checked, an approved request may be resolved through:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Product exchange
• Replacement with the correct item
